Swoon #3

It’s time to SWOON!

My Swoon this week is super personal and I can’t go into details, but I’ve been carrying something around for most of my adult life that wasn’t mine to carry, and this weekend, I finally let it go. There’s no way to describe the sense of release and relief I feel in having come to the conclusions I’ve come to.

YOUR TURN!Upload a photo of something you’re proud of this week (to Flickr or another photosharing site) or write a whole blog post about it, and share the link here! It would be really great if you could link back to this post so others know where to find the other contributors, too! I’ll be coming around later today and tomorrow to see your shiny!

Success! I figured out how to post Flickr photos to my Blog! I’ve had numerous requests to share details of my creative process and this weekend I created a brief step-by-step tutorial. That was a lot of work, but fun too! And now I have even more appreciation for the hard work Effy contributes to the creative universe day after day. Effy, sending you love and light on your Swoon! Congrats to you! All, I had a grand time last Sunday night swooning over your stuff and I am looking forward to it again later on today!

Do over! :). Success! This week I figured out how to post Flickr images to my blog. Also, I’ve had several requests for details about my creative process. So I tried to make a little step-by-step tutorial. Now I have even more appreciation for Effy and her amazing contributions to the creative universe! Effy, congrats on your breakthrough! So happy for you. All, I had a great time swooning over all your stuff last weekend and can’t wait to get back to it later tonight.

I’m swooning over my first completed bod journal and looking forward to starting another one. Thanks Effy, for all you have done to allow so many a place to learn and share.

Effy, please point me in the right direction. I am so jealousy of all the little swoon logos on some of these pages. How do I add one to my blogger? Thanks for tolerating my efforts to learn the technology side of art. And a quick funny…my hubby asked me what I was doing on the iPad tonight, with a straight face I said, “I am swooning over everyone’s shiny.” Crazy look from husband followed by my reply, “those are technical terms used by TRUE artists. You wouldn’t understand.” Tee-hee! Let’s give them fellas something to talk about! ;)
