Throughout the rest of September, I will be introducing all the teachers who are teaching in Radiant II. Yesterday, we met  France Papillon! (Hint – You can still enter her giveaway, too

Along with the delicious introductions, you will have a chance to enter a drawing for one of FIVE seats in Radiant II. If you’ve already purchased a seat, you will have the option to a) give your prize to a friend or b) get a full refund. YAY!!!

Mixed Media Artist Dyan Reaveley’s unique eclectic style comes through in her vibrant color combinations of inks and paints, using text as an insightful design element and the clever use of imagery in her artwork. Dyan teaches and demos with Ranger and is known for her creativity with layering color, images and thought-provoking collages.

Dyan owns and operates a teaching and design studio Art from the Heart in Harrogate, in the north of England. Dyan’s mission is to introduce everyone to the fabulous therapy that is art journaling and creating mixed-media art.

    I would like to join because it would give me the opportunity to learn a lot more techniques, so I can make more different things, than what I can do now. You learn every day, but if I could join, I would learn SO MUCH MORE in those days :)
    But I wish good luck to everybody, we all probely desirves a spot ;-)

    I did it ALL! I can’t wait for Radiant II because mixed-media is my favorite art of all. I’m very familiar with most of the teachers and can’t wait to get to know a couple of new ones. What a blessing to spend time with all of these wonderful artists and learn from them. Thank you!!

    I have always felt that there was an artist inside of me. I married at a very young age and was busy working full time and raising 4 children. I divorced and spent 5 years discovering who I was and liking myself. I remarried a great man who is my best friend 11 years ago and added 2 step- children to my 4. We now have 15 grandchildren. I have been busy being a grandma and all that involves. Our 15 grandchildren range in age from 21 to 1. I have two granddaughters in college.

    Eleven years ago we were blessed with a very special granddaughter, Brooklinn. Brooklinn was born with q22 deletion. The first few years we struggled just to keep Brroklinn alive. Brooklinn requires a lot of care. It is taking a village to raise her.

    I have always crafted in one way or another. I discovered card making a few years ago but always felt card making didn’t completely fulfill me. Then I discovered mixed-media about a year ago. I am a late bloomer. I want to learn more about all of the different tools and techniques used in mixed media art. I have since continued to discover amazing artists. One of my favorites is Dyan. I am struggling with the confidence to “dig in” to mixed media art. I have wanted to attend a mixed media class. Believe me, there is not much available in Montana! ????

    I would treasure the opportunity to Participate in Radiance 11.
