This is DAY EIGHT and our FINAL DAY of MEET YOUR TEACHERS! Please click here to see Day One if you are just hearing about this fabulous collaborative e-course and want to know how it came to be!

Every day between now and November 1st, I’ll be giving you an opportunity to win a seat in Book of Days 2019 and introducing you to my guest artist teachers so you can get to know them before we begin.

On deck today are Nolwenn Petisbois, who is a main teacher, and our final four bonus teachers! Read on!

Nolwenn Petitbois

Nolwenn Petitbois is a Mixed Media artist and a fervent art journaler. She’s always exploring around art supplies and ways to create emotions through texture and color. She’s also a Gratitude Warrior. a Truth Advocate. aWords Collector. a Story Teller. a Lover. Mom of 2. a Quirky Weirdo. a Spiritual Soul and so much more.

“My art journal is the place I feel safe to express myself. All of my self. It’s the place I go to when I need to process my feelings; both the ugly and the light-footed ones.”

Nolwenn will be featured in December 2019! In the meantime, you can find her on her website here, on instagram here, on YouTube here, and on Facebook here.

I love Nolwenn because she creates beautiful art from a truly authentic place. She grapples in her journal, and knows how to dig deep, and she brings that to the table as a teacher.

My name is Eva and I am an artist and art journaler. I like to use anything and everything to create artwork. My art journal is the place I gather courage, face my demons and create magic. I truly believe that art heals. I know it heals me. I am I am the mother of grown children and the proud grandmom to two amazing grandbabies. I live in a beautiful old home in the southern part of the USA

Eva will be popping up spontaneously throughout the year with bonus content for you, but in the meantime, you can find her on her website here, and on Facebook here.

I love Eva because she is GENUINE. I got to know her during a Vlog Along and she is THE REAL DEAL. I can’t emphasize this enough. When you meet with Eva, virtually or otherwise, you are sitting across from one of the most authentic people you will ever meet, and that is beautifully reflected in her art.

It was around my 50th birthday when I first realized that, without really any planning,  I had been on a lifetime journey of creative, artistic growth.  Winging it, so to speak.  Looking back, some of it was well executed, some of it wasn’t, but I am now doing my best now to stay focused and consistent in that quest of “becoming” .  Kurt Vonnegut said it best … “Practice any art, music, singing, dancing, acting, drawing, painting, sculpting, poetry, fiction, essays, reportage, no matter how well or badly, not to get money and fame, but to experience becoming, to find out what’s inside you, to make your soul grow.  Seriously! I mean starting right now, do art and do it for the rest of your lives”.    I look forward to you including me on your quest of “becoming”!!

Lynn will be appearing spontaneously in 2019 with a bonus lesson, but you can meanwhile, you can find her on Facebook here, her website here, on Etsy here

I love Lynn’s devotion and ENTHUSIASM. This is someone who is on fire with the love of art, and it shows. Her abstracts inspire me the most, and her use of colour is expert. I can’t wait to see what you do with what she presents for us this year.

I am Rachel Harries, an old hermit living in South Wales UK.  I love all things psychological, physiological, spiritual, artistic and natural. I am fascinated by the natural rhythms of all things and the interweaving patterns of life and the universe.

When I open my art journal I am opening the doorway to the most comfortable space where language and meaning as we know it, is transcended and taken to another level.

“My art journal is the place I listen, express and explore, not always in that order but generally those things are the result.”

Rachel will be popping up spontaneously with a bonus lesson in 2019, but in the meantime, you can find her on Facebook here,

I love Rachel because her work is very emotive. I really feel something when I look at it, and that’s something I strive for in my own work.

I would love it if you'd join my "Beloveds List", which is my newsletter. I use this list to invite you to monthly live gatherings on YouTube, send you coupon codes and information on classes that are opening for registration, to announce giveaways and other subscriber perks, and to provide you with access to my VIP resources page. This list is especially for my people, and you are obviously one of my people. xo

P.S. If you believe white privilege isn't a thing, that we are a post racist society, that 'the wall' is a good idea, that artists should shut up about social justice and stick with posting pretty things, or that gay people are going to hell, please don't join this list. I'm definitely *not* going to be your cup of tea. Thank you!
